The home investigation service is for anyone who wants answers. Sean will visit your property, listen to what you've experienced without judgement, and conduct a thorough investigation using professional equipment. Whatever is found — or not found — you'll know you've had a proper, honest look.

What Happens During the Visit

• Initial consultation — you describe what's been happening, when, and where
• Walk-through assessment of the property
• Equipment deployment — EMF, temperature, full-spectrum camera, audio recording
• Active investigation in the areas of reported activity
• Review and debrief at the end of the session
• Written summary sent to you by email within 48 hours

The entire visit is confidential. Results are shared only with you. If there are rational explanations for what's been happening — faulty wiring, natural EMF sources, structural sounds — we'll find those too, and tell you honestly.

Coverage Area

The home investigation service currently covers South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. If you're outside this area, please get in touch — visits further afield can sometimes be arranged, with reasonable travel costs discussed in advance.

Pricing

A home investigation is priced at a flat rate of £75, covering up to 3 hours on site including the debrief and the written follow-up report. There are no hidden costs.

If your situation is more complex and you feel a longer or repeat visit would be helpful, this can be discussed and arranged at the same flat rate per session.
