Full paranormal investigations are for those who are serious about the subject — or those who want a genuine, unfiltered encounter with something they cannot explain. These aren't entertainer-led ghost nights with jump scares and actors. What happens, happens.

Sean leads every investigation personally, briefing the group on the location's history, the documented activity, and the equipment being used. From that point, the investigation unfolds authentically. Some nights are quiet. Some are anything but.

• Full-spectrum cameras
• Digital voice recorders for EVP sessions
• Temperature and motion sensors
• Spirit boxes (for those who want to use them)
• Personal protection items and briefing materials

You're welcome to bring your own equipment. A briefing document covering the location and any known activity is shared with all confirmed guests in advance.

Venues

Investigations take place at privately arranged venues — historic buildings, former institutions, and locations with documented paranormal history. Current and upcoming venues are shared with booked guests. Venues vary by event; contact us if you have a specific location in mind.

Private investigations can also be arranged for your chosen venue — ideal for groups who want full exclusivity. Contact us to discuss.

Pricing

Investigations are priced per person from £45, depending on venue and duration. Private hire pricing is available on request for groups wishing to take the full venue. All pricing is confirmed at booking.
